Profile

The area of responsibility includes, among other things:
Support of the team assistant (part-time (75%)) in the following tasks:
-Supervision of domestic and foreign visiting scientists
-Organizational support for the international scientific staff of the chair
-Management and accounting of budget and third-party funds
-Accounting activities via HIS-FSV
-Preparatory activities for new recruitment/further employment of scientific staff
-Preparation of business trips and business travel bills
-Correspondence in German and English

Qualification

-A commercial training completed with good results
-Self-initiative, committed and independent way of working
-Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications
-Good written and oral expression skills in German and English
-Flexibility in adapting to time sequences and load peaks
-Experience with university administration, FSV bookings, business trips, etc.
-Reliability and thoroughness

-Remuneration/Special Size: E 6
-The position is limited to 31.08.2026.
-It is a part-time position, 10 h/week; working time: by appointment
