ConFlex Consortium’s second network meeting is scheduled to be held between 11 Feruary to 21 February 2019, at the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain. The program is as follows:

13:00-14:30: ESRs, REA Project Officer & Beneficiaries: Introduction (REA Project Officer & Project Coordinator), Tour de table (All scientists-in-charge – maximum 1/2 h)
14:30-15:30: Coordinator’s report: Presentation of the Network and the progress – 1 hour)
15:30-18:30: Fellows’ individual presentation – short version (~7 min each maximum) – there will be a coffee break

9:00 – 10:00: ESRs & REA Project Officer: Restricted session with the fellows
10:00-10:10: ESRs, REA Project Officer & Beneficiaries: awarding the prize for ESR’s best presentation – (a certificate plus 500 euros) by the training committee
10:00-10:30: REA Project Officer & Beneficiaries only
10:30-11:00: All: Feedback and open discussion (30 min)
