At DeustoCCM – Chair of Computational Mathematics at Deusto Foundation/University of Deusto, we are glad to announce our Head Prof. Enrique Zuazua is awarded the 2022 W.T. and Idalia Reid Prize, a recognition by SIAM, – Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics at Pennsylvania (USA).
The selection committee selected Prof. Enrique Zuazua for his contributions on fundamental theoretical and computational to the Control, Numerics and Analysis of nonlinear PDEs and multi-physical systems with impactful scientific and industrial applications.

This year the 2022 W.T. and Idalia Reid Prize, a recognition established on 1994 by Idalia Reid in honor of her husband W.T.Reid annually awarded in the broadly-defined areas of differential equations and control theory, will be given in July by the President at SIAM at AN22 -SIAM Annual Meeting, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (USA).
