The goal of the “ERC and Mathematics in Spain” meeting is to reflect on the impact that the ERC grants have had on Spanish mathematicians. There will be talks given by recipients of the ERC grants in any of its subprogrammes (Starting, Consolidator and Advanced grants), in which they will present their work. Some of the speakers cannot travel to Madrid, so we are planning to use videoconferencing facilities.
There will also be a panel discussion, in which leading personalities in Scientific policy will discuss about the results of the ERC programme in Spain.
