Jesús Oroya is an Associated Researcher/Software Expert at the research project funded by the European Research Council Advanced Grant DyCon: Dynamic Control. He has a degree in Physics from the University of the Basque Country (September 2016), specialized in Physical Simulation. He has worked at CIC Nanogune for the SIMUNE company, looking for an atomic base optimization method for calculating the electronic structure on the SIESTA code. In 2017, he worked at Accenture, managing and analyzing databases. He has also developed commercial applications for Liberty Seguros. In 2018, he developed the signal simulation software for indoor positioning in the Mobility group at Deustotech. In addition, he developed the Software for Optimal Control DyCon Toolbox for the Chair of Computational Mathematics.
Currently, he is dedicated to the exploration of data mining and machine learning methods applied in the theory of control and identification of dynamic systems from data.
