Under general weak assumptions on the dynamic of a system governed by a class of abstract nonlinear differential equations (inclusions) we give sufficient conditions for null–controllability. The proof relies essentially on the viability approach. To this aim, an appropriate tangency conditions is defined and then sufficient conditions for near viability of the epigraph of the corresponding norm are given. The results are applied to some partial control systems.
