Alexandre Santos FranciscoAlexandre Santos Francisco holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD degree in Nuclear Engineering. He is Professor of Fluid Mechanics at the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Brazil. On the next two months he will be a Visiting Professor at the ERC Advanced Grant project DyCon under the supervision of Prof. Enrique Zuazua (UAM and Deusto Foundation-University of Deusto). His main research interests are porous media, computational mathematics, and computational fluid mechanics.
