The Benasque XI Workshop on Partial Differential Equations, Optimization, Numerics, and Machine Learning has come to an end after two intense and rewarding weeks.
The event brought together Senior and junior researchers, speakers, students and participants from across the world for insightful lectures, stimulating round tables, brainstorming sessions, and scientific discussions.
It was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, explore recent advances across several key research areas, and reflect on current challenges and future directions.
A heartfelt thank-you goes to the scientific organizers, all speakers and attendees, and especially the administrative team at #CentroPedroPascual for making this remarkable experience possible once again.
Beyond the academic programme, we also shared memorable moments in the mountains and through football, ping-pong, and darts—very small but meaningful parts of what makes the Benasque Summer School so special.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the next edition in summer 2028.

The Workshop will be developed, in the spirit of the “Centro de Ciencias de Benasque Pedro Pascual” in an international atmosphere, giving the opportunity to alternate and combine seminars with informal discussions, and joint work activities in its premises.
This event serves also as a meeting point of researchers, both junior and senior, and a unique place to know each other and build-up new projects.
