Spain. 04.10.2019. On October 04th, 2019, our team members Carlos Esteve and Borjan Geshkovski attended the 3rd. “José Luis Rubio de la Francia” annual colloquium at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
This colloquium serves as a plenary lecture where the invitee is awarded the “José Luis Rubio de la Francia” prize of the RSME.
This year, the prize was awarded to Joaquim Serra of ETH Zurich. He spoke about singularities in free boundary problems and related geometric analysis techniques, topics which are of relevance to the research of Carlos Esteve and Borjan Geshkovski.
