This conference coordinated by University of Mondragon with DeustoTech, Tecnalia, Ingeteam and Ikerlan within the Elkartek Road2DC project is intended to discuss the most important challenges to ensure a proper energy transition about electric system:

• Integration of the storing systems
• Converter control
• Energy system management

The massive integration of renewable energy sources and the electrification of transport are some of the priorities of current energy policies but there are still many technological and socio-economic challenges that hinder the process.

Next years the energy sector will face the most important challenges and experts such as Pedro Rodríguez will empapsize them with the opportunities about it.
