Mathematical study of an age structured epidemic model

The aim of this work is to study the dynamics of an age structured epidemic model with a general class of nonlinear incidence rate. We are interested to prove the global asymptotic stability of equilibria where the condition of stability is given by the basic reproduction number R0. Our approach is the use of general constructed Lyapunov functional with some results on the compact attractor and the uniform persistence theory. Joint work with A.
